| | Student Care Packages | | Finals have officially started. In order to help students through this stressful time of year, we have put together care packages to distribute to all of the students that go through our building. We will be handing care packages out after both worship services this Sunday, and they will be available in Dylan's office after that if we have extras. |
| Midweek Christmas Party | |
This Wednesday, we will be having our annual Midweek Christmas party, with food, fun and the ever popular Christmas Pictionary! The first half of the evening, starting at 8:30, we will have a shortened Midweek service. Then we will just be hanging out for the rest of the night. Everyone is welcome. If you have a final that night, feel free to stop by after you're done! |
| Welcome back movie night | |
You might not want to start thinking about the spring semester yet, but we can give you something to look forward to! The Saturday after classes start back up again, January 22nd, we will be showing Inception in our theater. We will also be having lots of food and goodies to enjoy during the movie. The time has not been decided yet, but keep that night free if you want to de-stress after the first week of class. |
| Marathon and Half Marathon Training | |
The annual Illinois Marathon and Half Marathon will be April 30, 2011. Renee is organizing a group to run Sunday mornings next semester to train for the marathon/half marathon.
